To use BeFocusly, you must create an account. You agree to:

Free Service & Future Pricing

BeFocusly is currently free during early access. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. Core focus tools will remain free. Early users may receive special benefits when premium features are introduced.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or copy content without permission

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in BeFocusly (notes, tasks, session names). By using our service, you grant us the right to store and display this content to you and, if you choose, to friends you've connected with.

Intellectual Property

The BeFocusly service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by BeFocusly and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. During early access, you may experience bugs or changes as we improve the platform.
